High Angle:

Consider your lighting, camera angle and positioning, background, and the overall blanace and contrast of your photo.

Low Angle:

When using a low angle, make sure that everything you want to be in the frame is in the frame, first off. Then check to see that your lighting and overall positioning is how you like. Take the balance and overall contrast of the photo into consideration as well.
